8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the Netherlands, the recipient may be responsible for:

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. DuaMio is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs or local tax authorities.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an international order.
9. Delivery Issues
If your order:
- has not arrived within the estimated delivery window;
- arrived damaged or incomplete;
- was delivered to the wrong address due to an error on our part;
please contact us as soon as possible at info@duamio.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include re-sending the product, issuing a replacement, or providing a refund where appropriate.
10. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout. DuaMio is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
11. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or failed delivery attempts), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs for re-sending the package may apply.
